About me

It is my belief that humanity needs healing, and that we can contribute to the healing of humanity by investing in our own. This healing is multi-faceted. At the root is radical acceptance of our own humanity, and as a result, a necessary shift to compassionate acceptance of the humanity of others. This is the way to find the community and healing (and humanity) we all so desperately need and crave.

One of the main components of this much needed healing is the spiritual awakening we are currently collectively emersed in. This awakening is paramount in changing the trajectory of our reality towards something more enlightened that serves all life on earth, rather than only the interests of the privileged few. Spiritual awakening can be an unnerving experience as one’s foundational understanding of life and existence seems to slip away, leaving an unprecedented sensation of ungroundedness.
